This policy sets out how Safe Possum Control handles personal information collected through this website, by phone, by email and while we carry out possum work at your property.

Where this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Safe Possum Control. Privacy questions can be sent to info@safepossumcontrol.com.au at any time.

What we collect

The quote form asks for:

• The possum service you need
• Your name, phone number, email address and suburb or postcode
• Anything you tell us about where you hear or see the possum
• The page of this site you sent the form from

When we visit, we may also note your address, how to access the roof, pets on the property, photos of entry points and the work we carried out. This website never asks for bank or card details.

Why we collect it

We use your details to:

• Call you back and give you a price
• Arrange, carry out and return for your possum job
• Keep a record of the entries we sealed so we can honour the guarantee
• Answer questions or complaints about the work
• Meet our obligations under the law

Your details are not used for anything else unless you say yes or a law permits or demands it.

Marketing

Nobody buys, rents or trades your personal information. We only send you reminders or offers if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.

Who can see it

Your details are shared only as far as needed to do the job:

• Our technicians, so they can contact you and attend
• The companies that host this website and provide our email and form tools, which store data for us
• Government bodies, where the law requires it

A few of those providers may keep data on servers outside Australia, and we choose providers that keep it secure.

We keep job records while they are needed, including for the 36-month guarantee period, and then delete them or remove anything that identifies you.
